Opportunity Fighters

I WAS NOT HERE LAST WEEK SO IF I DIDN’T EXACTLY HIT THE NAIL ON THE HEAD I’M SO SORRY.

During the late 19th century, America was undergoing significant changes in its power dynamics in regards to POC and rich white dudes. With this many black men took a stand against their oppressors, either directly or a general addressing of the situation. One business leader in particular was John D Rockefeller and I believe that he could be seen as an opportunity fighter due to him taking advantage of the cards he was delt, taking advantage of his opportunities. With that logic, being an opportunity fighter in Amarican History means that you take advantage of the opportunities that you have and fight for the rights to maintain them.
